I trolled my way onto a French Web-site today and, curious, started reading. Boy, is my French rusty! It was actually a blog and chock-full of idioms and -y-, my least understood French pronoun. Well, I could only read about half, making me feel quite stupid.

On the other hand, I did my very first writing of html code today. That's always cool when you work it out yourself. I found some tutoring sites on the web, and might have a go at some more complicated stuff later.

Last time I looked, I was on page 345, pressing on....Actually have the good guys and the bad guys in the same building now....Must prevent bloodshed, better go!

Page 345 is impressive. You have moved on. But bloodshed sounds fine. Nothing more disasterous than bloodshed. I took several French classed in high school and college. It didn't come in very handy on my trip to Paris. Everyone there spoke English. Glad you got your reviews written for the mag. HTML,hum. I know Linux and AIX and DB2 and some java, but no HTML. Thank God I don't have to learn any more computer languages. I've suffered enough. ;-)
