His annual reviews have been coming out for a while now and, yes, I've been curiously watching. His review of Shimmer names it a 'nice little magazine' which it surely is. He made a special note of the_flea_king's story there. I was pleased just to be one of the authors he named as "particularly notable" for my story A Hand for Each.
